We would like every customer to be 100% confident in shopping at the Queensland store. If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase on the website, he is pleased to offer a full refund of the cost of the costume, once returned within a period of 14 days of the cooling off period, according to the Consumer Rights Directive.
After delivery, check the items that were delivered and confirm that the size you ordered fit perfectly. Once an item has already been used for a party or more signs of wear and tear, in addition to trying it out, it will no longer be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we ask that you inspect the items delivered, try them on (with expectations for clothing and underwear that cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons) and decide whether you want to keep or resolve the item before wearing the costume or wearing it in your party. Keep a packaging of the item and do not tear until you decide that you are happy to use it.
If a customer has reason to return a costume, he must include the return form in the package or the email received after receiving the return form or include his name, order ID, delivery details and reason for the return. This makes it easier for us to process the refund promptly. Orders returned without information provided cannot be refunded.
Note that there is no incentive or type of purchase where one more item is made up of an intention to try and keep just one. Where we believe a customer is ordering multiple items with the intention of returning orders, the items cannot be shipped and can be canceled at our discretion. Although you like a unique person at the party who wears a costume or buys several styles, if someone else wears the same costume, you cannot allow it due to the seasonal nature of our business.
